Verdun battlefield



Verdun 14/18 - Citadel/Douaumont/Ossuary

Guided tour in a bus of the right bank of the battlefield :

  • Visit of Fort Douaumont,
  • Douaumont Ossuary,
  • Bayonet Trench, 
  • Visit of the Underground Citadel : tour on mini-railway through the corridors and rooms, showing the life of the "Poilus".

Duration : about 3.5 hours

Pupil groups :

Prices per pupil and per coach :

  • For groups of more than 40 pupils : € 8.50 per pupil
  • For groups of 30 to 39 pupils : € 9.50 per pupil
  • For groups of 20 to 29 pupils : € 11 per pupil
  • Extra charge for a guided tour in english : € 32 per bus
  • 1 member of staff free for every 10 paying students
  • € 15 for additional members of staff
